Workout plan
The goal of this plan is for athletes of all ages to be able to build strength and have consistency in their workouts. With all the craziness surrounding Covid-19 and gyms being shut down, we thought this could be a helpful way for athletes to stay active. The goal is that our young athletes look forward to improving themselves as athletes as well as having fun at the same time.
It is important to remember that everyone has different ability levels and that is alright. We have put in certain numbers for reps and sets but those are just suggestions. The reps, sets, and weight can all be raised or lowered to better fit your personal ability. We want everyone to get a good workout in but no one should get injured.
